Modern life takes place mostly indoors with stale air, artificial lighting, and confined space that restricts movement. Of course, this doesn’t mean we should necessarily relocate ourselves outside (unless you’re that hardcore!), but it does mean we must adapt how we live in order to provide our body and soul the vital ingredients they need to thrive.

Artificial light while a nifty and necessary invention for convenience of modern living, causes serious harm the way we use it now.
What results from lack of natural light + exposure to artificial light (with blue light being the most toxic) is circadian mismatch and inflammation which causes:
