The Quantum Resilience Community provides a robust experience of comprehensive support! Each week we have a Zoom session. Two of the sessions focus on the practical application and refinement of circadian, nervous system, and other resilience strategies to your daily life. The other two sessions provide mentoring to support you in improving your relationship to yourself and others by developing more self-compassion, shedding old beliefs, reclaiming your voice and learning to trust in, listen to and BE in your body.

Bi-Weekly Zoom Q&A
Every week you can ask Heather questions about what you're learning in the guides about circadian health, quantum nutrition, sleep, movement, photobiomodulation, and anything else!
If you can't make it, you can ask your question in advance, and Heather will answer it in the next Q&A, and you can watch the recording later.

Bi-Weekly Zoom Mentoring
Receive live mentoring to address any blocks such as negative beliefs or self-doubt, or other self-sabotaging patterns that are undermining your resilience.
